Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and technology teams to understand data needs and create innovative solutions
• Guide decisions on data integration and establish best practices for data infrastructure
• Design, build, and manage data pipelines while ensuring data quality and governance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering roles
• Deep expertise in SQL and Python, with experience in Spark and cloud-native data platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure)
• Proven track record with data warehouse optimization and data ingestion pipelines
• Experience with EDI processing and data governance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field is highly preferable
