Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize reliable data pipelines using SQL, dbt, and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move, transform, and structure data to meet business needs
• Maintain and improve data infrastructure, including orchestration and CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or ontology engineering
• 1+ years of experience building medical ontologies in a graph database
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Gremlin, dbt, and Git
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Understanding of data architecture and performance tuning
