Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their data team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the data engineering function and support internal and external data use cases
• Lead projects to improve data infrastructure, including scheduling data models and enhancing data quality checks
• Build and maintain data pipelines for business intelligence, analytics, and data science using Python

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with production-level code
• Experience with DBT for building reusable and testable data models
• Familiarity with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
• Proficient in writing Python code for automation and data manipulation
• Experience with task execution platforms like Airflow or Prefect
