Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement data processing systems and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design robust, scalable, and secure data processing systems
Participate in design discussions and collaborate with technical leads across products
Perform pull request reviews and troubleshoot production processes

Required Qualifications

Background in Computer Science or related field
7-10 years of data engineering experience, with at least 3 years in data lake architectures
Strong experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
Experience with AWS services such as EMR, Redshift, and S3
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Databricks, Spark, Java, or Scala
