Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Developer, Analytics Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build developer tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency for data analysts and scientists
• Drive cross-team platform initiatives by engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Collaborate with the Data Integrations team to address Airflow orchestration challenges and improve data pipeline reliability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering with a focus on tools and platforms
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for building robust, production-grade systems
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration, including deploying data services
• Strong knowledge of dbt and modern analytics engineering practices
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools, particularly Airflow, and modern data warehouses like Redshift and Snowflake
