Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to transform existing infrastructure into a scalable data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data infrastructure for a multi-tenanted biotech platform
• Architect data pipelines for diverse scientific data sources and formats
• Implement robust data processing workflows and lead technical migration to a multi-tenant SaaS platform

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering with hands-on pipeline development
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proven experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Flink)
• Solid understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
