Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analytics Data Engineer (AWS Platform) to build scalable data solutions on the AWS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data ingestion pipelines using Python, PySpark, and AWS native services
• Collaborate with business users to translate analytical needs into technical specifications and solution architectures
• Work with IT and business partners to define requirements and participate in architecture discussions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and PySpark
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and other programming languages
• Demonstrated experience with AWS services such as Glue, EMR, and Redshift
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modeling
