Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their team on a near-shore contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows in Snowflake
• Integrate and ingest data from multiple systems into Snowflake
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and materialized datasets for analytics and activation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, focusing on cloud-based data warehousing
• Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake, including SQL development and data modeling
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Fivetran or Airbyte
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data processing and automation
• Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)
