Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to enhance its Data Platform Stack and support data initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and resolve data issues while optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Matillion ETL, ensuring data quality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and document data flows representing business logic

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data transformation projects with tools like Informatica or Talend
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in query optimization and working with relational databases
• Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure, including S3, EC2, and RDS
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience with Matillion ELT tool and Snowflake Database is preferred
