Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their Technology function and solve complex data problems for their Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and quality of data platforms, ensuring availability, reliability, resilience, and security
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reliable data pipelines to support business and analytics needs
• Monitor data systems and performance, identifying opportunities to optimize warehouse and infrastructure costs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying data engineering solutions using Python, SQL, and modern orchestration frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with scalable, reliable data pipelines using containerized deployments on Kubernetes or Docker
• Proven ability to develop and support multi-cloud data platforms on Azure and AWS
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code, SDLC, and deployment automation
