Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead efforts in leveraging data and artificial intelligence for operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data streaming solutions for real-time data processing
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for real-time and batch processing, including ETL workflows
• Create and manage large-scale data warehouses to support analytics and business intelligence

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or database management
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Java
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts including dimensional modeling and star schema
• Experience with ETL processes and cloud-based data integration tools
• Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka and AWS Kinesis
