Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve data-related incidents in production environments
• Implement monitoring solutions to detect anomalies and performance issues in data systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and deployment of data solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience with database design and ETL/ELT development
• Experience with Informatica IICS, Apache Kafka, and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Strong understanding of data engineering fundamentals and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
