• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data infrastructure aligns with business goals
• Mentor and guide team members while translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses
• Strong background with data management and visualization tools such as MySQL, Snowflake, and Tableau
• Highly proficient in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern data architectures
• Experience in home health or healthcare is a plus
