Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer, Growth (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Write and ship code while collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure data meets business needs
• Drive architectural decisions and lead cross-functional data initiatives while maintaining high standards in data quality and security
• Design and develop high-performance data pipelines and monitor data systems for quality and availability

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and ELT processes, preferably with Snowflake
• Experience building performant data pipelines across disparate systems and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Mastery in SQL and experience in Python
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Experience with marketing data is preferred, but not required
