Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their Data Lake Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop data pipeline job framework and public-facing data ingestion service
• Develop Data Quality framework for data validation of internal and external sources
• Support internal platform users and participate in on-call rotation for data platform incidents

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building production services and data pipelines (batch and/or streaming)
• Strong experience with Python or readiness to learn quickly
• Hands-on experience with at least one MPP system (e.g., Spark, Trino, Redshift)
• Experience operating services in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Fluent in English
