Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to create organized data sets for analysis and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain tooling for data interactions, including CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Optimize and monitor data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with teams to develop effective data structures and document data for analysis

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Senior Data Engineer or Software Engineer with production data infrastructure experience
• 6+ years in the data space, including data engineering, data science, or analytics
• Expertise in conceptual data modeling and data mart design
• Proficiency in SQL and strong Python skills, particularly for data orchestration
• Experience with orchestration tools like Prefect, Airflow, or Argo
