Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement features in collaboration with Product Managers and developers within Agile/Scrum methodology
• Build automated, scalable, and sustainable solutions while minimizing defects and technical debt
• Evaluate and analyze current system architecture to create scalable solutions that improve uptime and responsiveness

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of experience with MSSQL Server and/or RDBMS technologies
• 6+ years of SQL optimization experience
• 3+ years of experience in a high transaction OLTP environment with 4+ TB in size
• Familiarity with Azure and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch) is highly desired
