Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their Data Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Bronze data layer by building and maintaining ingestion pipelines from third-party APIs
• Partner with Product and Engineering on Silver-layer modeling to ensure data cleanliness and governance
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and contribute to the optimization and evolution of the data infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, ELT patterns, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake and dbt
• Experience with Docker and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted development tools in engineering workflows
