Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake & dbt).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable ELT pipelines using dbt on Snowflake
• Lead migration from legacy Redshift pipelines to Snowflake/dbt, ensuring performance and test coverage
• Implement data quality tests and observability frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or SQL-intensive data development roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake
• Deep expertise in GitHub for CI/CD and version control
• Strong SQL expertise, including query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with ELT orchestration and familiarity with CDC patterns and event streaming architectures
