Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and support of the enterprise data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Defines and implements enterprise data architecture using various Azure and Snowflake technologies
- Leads the conversion of SSIS packages to modern ELT frameworks and optimizes data extraction processes
- Develops and supports Power BI datasets and reporting solutions while managing data quality workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software design and development, primarily in data engineering
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI
- Experience with advanced SQL development, Git-based version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Enterprise production support experience
