Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Forward Deployed) to build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data integration and storage systems for analytics and AI applications
• Deliver rapid working data solutions by integrating multiple data sources and cleaning datasets
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and mentor junior engineers while navigating complex data landscapes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with strong production experience in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms
• Experience with data integration tools, ETL/ELT frameworks, and distributed data processing (e.g., Spark)
• Proven ability to design and deliver complete data pipelines end-to-end
• Demonstrable fluency with AI coding tools and experience building data infrastructure for generative AI applications
