Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to architect and enhance their data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy for LLM-based data products, including data preparation and embedding pipelines
• Own the design and evolution of the Snowflake architecture and lead the implementation of Snowflake Cortex for AI/ML workloads
• Design and maintain reliable ELT/Reverse ETL pipelines, ensuring data isolation, security, and performance at scale

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical data platforms
• Deep proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling and query optimization
• Expert-level skill in SQL and Python, with extensive experience in dbt and modern orchestration tools
• Demonstrated experience building pipelines for ML or LLM-based applications
• Competency in Azure or other major cloud providers, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code principles
