Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and operational support of the enterprise data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise data architecture using various Azure and Snowflake technologies
- Lead the conversion of SSIS packages to modern ELT frameworks and optimize data extraction processes
- Develop and support Power BI datasets and automation workflows to streamline operational processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software design and development, primarily in data engineering
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI
- Experience with advanced SQL development, data modeling, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise production support
