Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer/DataOps Engineer with expertise in AWS, Python, and AWS Glue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer scalable AWS-based data solutions and modern data architectures
- Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes for complex datasets while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, collaborating with product and analytics stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles
- Deep expertise with AWS-native data platforms such as Redshift, Aurora, Glue, and Lambda
- Strong Python and SQL skills, including advanced query optimization
- Experience working with healthcare data, such as medical claims or pharmacy claims
