Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help scale and evolve their data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale the data platform, including pipelines, models, and orchestration frameworks
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion from various sources
• Establish best practices for data modeling, testing, and quality while optimizing systems for performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years in data engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Proven experience building end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and orchestration tools like Airflow
