Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer - DataStage ETL III.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop source to target mapping specifications and ETL workflows using IBM DataStage, SQL, and Python
• Execute mock migrations, analyze error logs, and perform root cause analysis for data quality issues
• Produce reconciliation reports and maintain a comprehensive migration runbook for data migration processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of data engineering experience, including 3+ years in ETL pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage and strong SQL skills
• Proven ability in data mapping, cleansing, and validation
• Prior experience with enterprise CRM or Salesforce data migration preferred
