Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of data systems, including ingestion pipelines and APIs
• Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of data flows and advocate for data governance and best practices
• Mentor fellow engineers and proactively address technical debt and developer experience gaps

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering
• Expertise in SQL & Python, with experience in Snowflake & dbt
• Experience building and operating CDC systems and integrating with APIs
• Knowledge of scalable data and AI system architecture
• Experience with machine learning systems or ML engineering pipelines is a plus
