Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain streaming data pipelines
• Integrate and patch open-source tools such as Flink, Spark, and Kafka streams
• Manage the operation of streaming technologies within public cloud environments like Azure and AWS

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 11 years of overall experience in computer science or programming
• At least 2-3 years of specific experience in streaming technologies such as Flink, Spark, or Kafka
• Proficiency with streaming pipeline technologies including Flink, Spark, and Kafka streams
• Experience with open-source tools and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Exposure to at least one of the following programming languages: Scala, Java, or Golang
