Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help shape and scale its modern data platform built on Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and PySpark
• Design and evolve the lakehouse architecture and develop robust semantic models
• Implement data quality validation and collaborate with backend engineers on data contracts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and strong experience with PySpark
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures and experience designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling expertise
• Experience working with event-driven or streaming data systems
