Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analytics layer by developing core Looker views and building out AI infrastructure for automated self-service capabilities
• Design, build, and scale resilient and efficient ELT pipelines
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data models address the right problems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on large-scale cloud data warehouses
• Proven experience with Snowflake performance optimization and cost-governance
• Deep proficiency in Python for writing modular and testable code
• Expert-level SQL and understanding of data warehousing methodologies
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
