Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to lead and enhance their data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scaled data infrastructure while serving as a technical lead and mentor
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and create data pipelines and infrastructure
• Ensure data quality through automated testing, monitoring, and incident response practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering experience with expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Python
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering outcomes
• Experience in mentoring and establishing technical standards
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with healthcare data is a plus
