Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse architecture
• Define and implement data models and dbt transformations with strong standards for CI/CD and documentation
• Ensure data quality and reliability through validation, monitoring, and clear documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or consumer tech company
• Expertise in Python and SQL
• Deep experience with dbt on BigQuery or similar
• Strong Git/CI/CD practices and familiarity with GCP and orchestration tools
• Solid understanding of data warehousing fundamentals and building data models for AI
