Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to support the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines for patient-level data in an AWS-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and monitor ETL pipelines and ensure smooth CI/CD processes
• Collaborate with clinical data analysts to ensure data quality and handle ad-hoc data requests
• Package and deliver outputs of ETL pipelines to AWS S3 for client access

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience with Python
• Experience with SQL databases, preferably Postgres
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and AWS environment (Lambda, S3, Glue)
• Experience with at least one ETL tool
