• 8+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL development and data pipeline architecture
• Proficiency in Python and AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, or similar services)
• Experience working within the finance or financial services industry
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
