Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Data Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving data systems, including ETL data pipelines and storage solutions using AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and automate data infrastructure and pipelines for data ingestion and processing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data products and align them with organizational goals
• Create testing components to monitor performance and ensure quality in data systems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of development experience in data engineering within a production environment
• Proven experience with large datasets exceeding 100M+ records
• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience with Python and experience in big data ecosystems, including Spark
• 2+ years of experience with dataflow orchestration tools like Airflow
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
