Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Data Engineer, the successful candidate will design and implement a robust data warehouse, build and scale core data infrastructure, and develop efficient data pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance mental health care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the core data infrastructure, pipelines, and services that power the company's products
• Design and implement a robust data warehouse to support various analytics and operational use cases
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and curated data sets by collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Proven track record of writing high-quality, production-ready Python and delivering scalable data projects
• Expertise in SQL-based data modeling and transformation frameworks, with a focus on schema management and data governance
• Strong experience with modern ingestion tools and database replication methods
• Hands-on experience building robust, fault-tolerant pipelines using Apache Airflow
