Job Summary

Driving the engineering of marketing and digital data solutions, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable personalization and campaign optimization while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing and digital data solutions for enterprise-scale personalization and analytics
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and data platform development
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in building large-scale, distributed systems and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring Boot)
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards
