Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Data Engineer to work remotely, responsible for designing and scaling data infrastructure, driving data quality and governance, and evolving the data platform to support business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and systems
• Build frameworks and standards to ensure data accuracy and documentation
• Continuously evaluate and improve solutions for performance, cost, and scalability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a closely related field
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience across the full data stack
• Hands-on experience with modern data tooling and platforms such as Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift
• Experience building data pipelines on cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and using infrastructure-as-code tooling like Terraform
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
