Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of data initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will build data pipelines, develop analytical products, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance people analytics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable data solutions
• Build and maintain data pipelines and production-grade data foundations for AI initiatives
• Design and deliver data products, including dashboards and reporting tools, for non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a closely related field
• Proficiency in SQL across OLAP and OLTP environments, including Trino/Presto and Postgres
• Strong command of Python for data interaction and processing
• Experience with scalable data pipelines using Airflow or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with data governance requirements for sensitive employee data
