Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain critical data systems, ensuring reliable data flow for various internal users and business tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain business-critical data and distributed systems for real-time data access
• Connect production backend data to business systems and optimize internal data flows
• Analyze data to generate insights that support decision-making across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in a technical area, preferably at a high-growth startup
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in DBT and Airflow being a plus
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and challenges in scaling growth company infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally
• Experience in growing and managing a high-functioning team is ideal
