Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Data Engineer, the successful candidate will optimize data storage and processing, contribute to software architecture design, and ensure the robustness of data pipelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and share knowledge of data flow throughout the Resilience platform
• Optimize data storage, processing, and movement, including tuning data models and refactoring software
• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development
• 3+ years of professional Python experience, particularly with data pipelines
• 3+ years of experience with SQL in relational or columnar databases
• 2+ years of experience working with Snowflake and developing in AWS
• 2+ years of experience in data streaming or event-driven systems, such as Kafka
