Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support data integration and analytics, the remote full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data infrastructure while ensuring data quality and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable data architectures for integration, storage, and processing across various systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions
• Migrate data solutions from Azure Synapse to Azure Data Lake while ensuring best practices in data governance and quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a data engineer with expertise in Azure, Databricks, and DevOps
• Proven experience with large-scale data projects, including migrations and data architecture design
• Certifications such as Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL, PySpark, and data processing technologies
