Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

As a key technical contributor, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will manage production data pipelines, lead client implementations, and evolve data architecture to support event-driven and AI-powered workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of ETL/ELT pipelines and Snowflake environments for client reporting and dashboards
• Translate client requirements into production-ready data warehouse structures and maintain the Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud platform
• Diagnose and resolve data pipeline failures swiftly to maintain operational integrity and prevent recurrence

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Data Engineering experience with production-grade data pipelines
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake as a primary data warehousing solution
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript for data transformation and pipeline development
• Demonstrated CI/CD experience using GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Deep understanding of Kimball dimensional modeling and experience integrating various data sources
