Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end data infrastructure, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, ensure data governance, and develop reporting systems in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage data pipelines and ETL processes for claims ingestion and drug pricing using BigQuery and Python
• Design and maintain data governance systems to ensure data quality and lineage tracking
• Create reporting infrastructure that provides live visibility into business performance for various teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and dbt, along with expertise in BigQuery or Snowflake
• Demonstrated experience architecting data platforms and making decisions regarding data processing methods
• Proven ability to build monitoring and governance systems for data traceability
• Experience using AI tools and building data infrastructure for AI systems
• Background as an early employee or founding data engineer responsible for developing a data stack
