Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming complex relational core databases into an "agent-ready" data layer, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and implement ETL pipelines, optimize multi-layered data architecture, and ensure secure data interfacing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the "Data Engine" for extracting, cleaning, and materializing proprietary Real Estate data
• Provision and optimize a sophisticated data stack, including PostgreSQL, ChromaDB, and GraphDB
• Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) adapters and secure SDK endpoints for agent-data interaction

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL; experience with dbt is highly valued
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Chroma, PGVector) and Graph Databases (Neo4j or Cognee)
• Proven track record of managing data services within the AWS stack, including RDS and S3
• Experience building data solutions that meet SOC 2 and GDPR standards
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate data structures (Leases, CAM, Invoices) is a significant advantage
