Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving streaming data pipelines, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and build feature stores for real-time model serving while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain streaming systems using tools like RisingWave, Apache Flink, or Kafka Streams
• Drive pipelines toward real-time processing, reducing latency from hours to seconds
• Ensure data quality, observability, and auditability across all streaming and feature engineering systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering with at least 2 years focused on streaming systems in production
• Hands-on experience with stream processing frameworks such as RisingWave, Apache Flink, or Kafka Streams
• Strong understanding of feature store design, including online/offline consistency and low-latency serving
• Proficiency in Python and/or Scala; SQL fluency required
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks and pipeline observability
