Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the strategic design and ongoing operation of enterprise-wide data platforms, the remote contract Senior Data Engineer will oversee the complete data engineering platform lifecycle, establish best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete data engineering platform lifecycle
• Establish and maintain platform standards and best practices
• Drive platform roadmaps and the adoption of modern data patterns

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience managing enterprise data platforms
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD
• Expertise in Snowflake, Informatica, dbt, and AWS
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
• Ability to provide technical guidance and enforce dbt standards
