Job Summary

As a key pillar of the AI team, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain high-performance data systems, transforming raw data into scalable organizational intelligence in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and maintenance of scalable data architecture, implementing best practices in sharding, replication, and indexing
• Build and manage production-ready AI pipelines that connect disparate data sources to Snowflake, ensuring data quality and reliability
• Craft intuitive tools and frameworks that empower data scientists and analysts, aligning data systems with broader business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a strong understanding of data modeling and architecture
• Over 5 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning, particularly with Snowflake and AWS
• Experience in building and managing AI pipelines and integrating LLMs and NLP tasks
• Strong knowledge of information architecture best practices and data governance
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams
