Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer on a contract basis, this remote position focuses on leading the design, development, and optimization of scalable data platforms and AI-powered applications within a cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes across enterprise data sources
• Collaborate on the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and infrastructure management

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Cloud Platform Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Strong experience designing and managing enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and data models
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and services
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform
