Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, develop, and maintain an enterprise data warehouse to support advanced analytics, data science, and AI initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise data warehouse solutions for data science and business intelligence
• Architect scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and manage API integrations to transform and structure raw data
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure data quality, integrity, and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data warehousing or data engineering
• Extensive experience with T-SQL, including advanced query development and performance tuning
• 5+ years as a SQL Server/Azure SQL DBA with skills in performance tuning and capacity planning
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory for pipeline development and configuration
• Expertise in Python for data engineering tasks and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
